Culldron, Inc. is a Nevada C-Corporation operating out of California.We build decentralized tools for people to share, verify, and experience first-person information.If you have any questions, email privacy@culldron.ai.
2. What We Collect
We collect two types of information:
A. Personal Information You Provide
When you sign up, contact us, or interact with our services, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Organization or affiliation (if provided)
- Wallet address (if you connect one)
We use this to create your account, communicate with you, and provide access to Culldron.
B. Automatically Collected or Public Data
When you use the Platform, we may automatically receive:
- Device type, browser, and OSIP address (temporarily, for security and analytics)
- On-chain transaction data, wallet interactions, and IPFS hashes associated with your account
- Usage analytics, such as pages visited or buttons clicked
3. Where Your Data Lives
Culldron is a hybrid system:
- Centralized data (like your name, email, and login info) is stored securely on our servers or trusted providers.
- Decentralized data (like your posts, reports, and metadata) may be stored permanently on IPFS or blockchain networks, where deletion or modification is not possible.
By using the Platform, you agree that any content you submit may be stored immutably.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Verify content and enable participation in compendiums, staking, and bounties
- Deliver updates, support, and notifications
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We never sell your personal information.
5. Payments and Third-Party Services
Culldron uses trusted third-party tools to handle sensitive data:
- Wallets: Privy (non-custodial authentication and wallet management)
- Payments: MoonPay (USDC on- and off-ramping)
- Analytics & communication: Plausible, Google Workspace, and similar privacy-compliant tools
These partners may have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information. We only partner with providers that meet modern security and compliance standards.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (like Plausible) to understand how users interact with Culldron.
No tracking cookies, ad pixels, or invasive profiling are used.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Request deletion of data we control (not including on-chain or IPFS data)
- Withdraw consent for non-essential communications

8. Data Security
We use encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security measures to protect personal data.
That said, no system is perfectly secure, especially decentralized networks.
Use strong passwords and safeguard your wallet keys.
9. Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes listed above, or as required by law.
Immutable data recorded on-chain or IPFS cannot be deleted.
10. International Users
Culldron is based in the United States, but users around the world may access it.
By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. and other jurisdictions that may not offer the same privacy protections as your home country.
11. Children’s Privacy
Culldron is not directed toward children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app message.
