Terms of Service for Culldron

‍Welcome to Culldron.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Culldron mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.



‍1. About Culldron
‍
‍Culldron is an information platform that allows users to submit, view, and evaluate user-generated content related to real-world events. The Service is designed to preserve contribution history and reputation signals to maintain platform integrity.

Certain features may be released gradually or modified over time.



‍2. Eligibility and Accounts

‍You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement or moderation actions.



‍3. User Content

‍The Service allows users to submit content, including text, images, audio, video, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Culldron a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the operation and improvement of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.



‍4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

‍You agree not to post, upload, share, or engage in content or behavior that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

Culldron maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or target other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent information
- Attempt to evade moderation or enforcement
- Use the Service to distribute harmful or illegal content



‍5. Moderation and Enforcement

‍Culldron reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.

Accounts that engage in repeated or severe violations may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Users may report content or behavior they believe violates these Terms. Reported content may be removed from visibility pending review.



‍6. Reputation and Platform Integrity

‍Culldron is designed to preserve contribution history and reputation signals to protect platform safety and trust.

Attempts to reset, evade, or manipulate reputation systems—including through account cycling or abuse of deletion mechanisms—are prohibited.



‍7. Account Deletion

‍Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data through a controlled deletion process provided by Culldron.

Deletion requests are irreversible and may be subject to review to prevent misuse, fraud, or evasion of enforcement. Deleted accounts may not be re-created.



‍8. Intellectual Property

‍All content and materials provided by Culldron, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Culldron and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.



‍9. Disclaimer

‍The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Culldron does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content or the availability of the Service.



‍10. Limitation of Liability

‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culldron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.



‍11. Changes to These Terms

‍We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice within the Service where appropriate. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.



‍12. Governing Law

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
